WHICH RESISTANCE LEVEL DO I START WITH?This will very much depend on your starting grip strength, and the purpose of why you’re using GripGi. For example - if you’re on your way to a training session and want to warm up, you can use the light or medium resistance to mobilise your hands. If it’s strength endurance you’re looking to improve upon, stay on the medium resistance and focus on longer sets. Conversely if you’re really keen to work on pure strength, use the firm putty and focus on fewer slower reps. All three products can (and should!) be used interchangeably. When choosing the resistance level: Start Low: If you're new to hand grip exercises, start with a lower resistance level and gradually progress as your strength improves. Listen to your body: Pay attention to how your hands feel during and after using the putty. If it's too easy, you may not be getting the full benefit. If it's too challenging and causes discomfort, you might need to switch to a lower resistance. Consult a professional: If you have specific hand or wrist conditions, or if you're using hand grip exercises as part of rehabilitation, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional or a physical therapist. They can provide personalized guidance based on your individual needs. Remember that the goal is to challenge your hands appropriately without causing pain or strain.
